7) Follow Up on Buyers' EMD
8) Follow Up on Appraisal and Loan Statuses
9) Coordination Inspections
10) Document Signings
11) Reminder Deadlines (Contingency, COE, etc)
12) Broker Demand: Draft and Confirm with SA, then Send Along with Addendum to Escrow Company
13) Estimated Closing Statement: Ask Escrow for it and Remind SA Review it with Clients Before Signing Off
14) Help Schedule to Sign Off for Buyer
15) Draft Congratulations Letter After Closing for SA, and Prepare Download Link for Buyer
16) Order Inspection
