Agents need to require the services at least 7 days in advance before MLS listing.
Agents need to provide the complete [AVID & TDS & SPQ & Earthquake Hazards Report Questionnaires & special documents for some cities, like SF 3R, Oakland sidewalk, etc] at least 3 days before MLS listing.
If Expedited Service is needed, like on weekends, or if the service is requested within 4 biz hours, the price will be doubled depending on the feasible situation.
